Imbalance Service Management
Europe is undergoing a fundamental transformation in electricity market operations with the mandatory adoption of a 15-minute settlement period. With its AI-enhanced EMS platform, ZVPP offers BESS solutions featuring advanced technologies that have demonstrated proven performance: High prediction accuracy for price patterns and system imbalances. Gradient Boosting Algorithm to improve the Continuous Ranked Probability Score (CRPS). AI-enhanced Energy Management System integrating weather forecasts, real-time electricity prices, grid loads, and other multi-source data to maintain high forecasting accuracy. Jointly developed inverter with fast response to system imbalances, highly recognized by customers in Belgium and neighboring countries.
Frequency Regulation Service
European battery energy storage markets are experiencing a fundamental shift in revenue structures. Although frequency service revenues have declined in some countries, they still represent a major source of income for BESS projects. ZVPP offers a modular architecture design supporting 1–10 storage cabinets, enabling flexible capacity deployment and a fast response time of 20 ms to meet the critical demands of frequency regulation.
Integrated Microgrid Solution
An integrated microgrid solution leveraging an Energy Storage System (ESS) to seamlessly combine solar power, EV charging infrastructure (including fast chargers), and backup diesel generators. The system is ideally suited for areas experiencing grid instability or excessively high electricity and diesel costs.
