BMS System: We design the BMS, with our more than 15 years experience for higher standard

● BMS is designed to stand 1500V and completely meet European Safety Standard; we also cover 1000V system.

● High precision monitoring voltage, current, and temperature, upgraded insulation know how for performance and reliability from pack to system

● BMS product family: Battery Management Unit installed in the pack, 16S for Air Cooled solution and 52S for Liquid Cooled Solution, and Maximum 3A Balancing current deployed to extend the life cycle of battery, Enhanced BCS as Master Controller with multiple functions including all control functions inside the cabinet, but also connect up to 10 Cabinets in parallel for fast deployment and cost effectiveness.

Remote Monitoring and Maintenance Platform

A remote monitoring and maintenance platform supports preventive maintenance, online system diagnostics, and OTA updates, with servers located in Germany to comply with EU cybersecurity requirements.


Software Innovation
  • Component-based, data-flow, and modular design with a three-tier architecture for efficient data sharing and processing. Strategy layer runs on Linux, while the control layer uses a preemptive real-time RTOS dual system, ensuring high reliability and safety.
  • Dual system cross-checks key safety factors to enhance operational safety. Encrypted communication and software isolation provide multi-layer protection, reducing potential risks from cyber attacks.
  • Based on the Thevenin battery model, combined with EKF, AH integration, and static correction algorithms. SOC estimation accuracy ≤3%, strong error correction capability, can correct over 50% of initial error within 3 minutes.
  • The system operates on a three-layer “Analysis–Decision–Execution” architecture, where data analysis and state evaluation generate strategies, multidimensional algorithms produce optimal decisions, and the execution layer implements commands and provides feedback to form a closed-loop control.

● Safety: Combined accumulated years of experience in automobile design, introduced V-Methodology for high reliability and stability. The safety of the whole system is based on the safety of the BMS.



● Efficiency: Active Battery Balance as the leading trend in BESS, supporting up to 3A balancing current for superior system efficiency, particularly in a 10-year long operation with minimum maintenance.



● Accuracy: Automotive-grade AFE and MCU for precise measurement, and complicated SOX algorithm to maintain the performance for long-year operation.



● Reliability: Most critical lab testing for all self-developed hardware to guarantee a 10-year lifecycle for the system.
